Return Policy

Orders once placed with rghusonsfoods cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are here to help you with your queries.

• The estimated delivery time for the products to deliver is 7-10 working days. However due to reasons beyond our control this timeline can extend and we shall not be liable for the same.
• In case of parcel being lost in transit or returned back to logistics due to issue from the delivery company, you will get an update regarding the current order or you will receive a replacement order.
• We are not liable for delay/ non delivery of orders due to any causes that is beyond our control such as lockdown, flood, fire, act of God etc.

There are a few situations where rghusonsfoods shall replace your order. However, you need to contact us as soon as you receive the order along with the proof for the same. (Proof must be a clear picture of the parcel along with the short video).

• We take due care while packing and dispatching your order but still you receive an incorrect order.
• Our pickles are shipped in glass jars and you receive a broken product.
• Martbaan products are made with no added preservatives and natural products. Thus, the product can go bad due to delay in delivery or various climatic conditions.
